Reporting Analyst Opportunity at Enbridge

Enbridge is seeking a Reporting Analyst to enhance their analytics team. In this role, you will be tasked with transforming management reporting packages into insightful data using tools such as SQL and Power BI. You will also play a key role in refining business processes and guidelines, collaborating with IT and business support teams to coordinate data collection for analytical initiatives, and generating various monthly and quarterly reports for the Customer Care division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform management reporting packages into actionable insights
  • Refine and implement changes in business processes
  • Collaborate with IT and business support teams
  • Generate monthly and quarterly analytical reports
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant analytical experience
  • Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to interpret data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Analytics Suite
  • Familiarity with SQL and Python programming languages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment is advantageous
