About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at C&G PAINTING & DECORATING. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction and maintenance of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Construction Materials
  • Erect and Dismantle Concrete Forms, Scaffolding, Ramps, Catwalks, Shoring, and Barricades
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials Such as Concrete and Asphalt
  • Assist in Aligning Pipes During Pipeline Construction
  • Assist in Framing Houses, Erecting Walls, and Building Roofs
  • Level Earth to Fine Grade Specifications
  • Assist in Demolishing Buildings
  • Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials
  • Remove Rubble and Other Debris at Construction Sites
  • Tend or Feed Machines or Equipment Used in Construction
Requirements
  • 7 Months to Less Than 1 Year of Experience
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Physically Demanding Work
  • Manual Dexterity and Ability to Handle Heavy Loads
  • Ability to Work at Heights and in Confined Spaces
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment
  • Reliability and Flexibility
