Job Title: Itinerant Support Service Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Itinerant Support Service Worker to join our team at Centre aide prévention jeunesse Lévis. As a key member of our community outreach team, you will provide support services to vulnerable youth and families in our community.

Job Summary:

The Itinerant Support Service Worker will work independently to provide support services to clients in various locations. This may include accompanying clients to appointments, conducting follow-up assessments, and preparing reports or case histories. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of community service organization principles.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support services to clients in various locations
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
  • Conduct follow-up assessments and prepare reports or case histories
  • Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs
  • Work independently to provide support services
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Own vehicle
