WBM Technologies is seeking a Cloud Analyst to become a vital part of our Information Systems Cloud and Communications division. Reporting to the Lead of Cloud & Communications, your role will encompass the management and support of WBM Technologies' advanced communication, productivity, and cloud services, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Microsoft M365, Jabber, and WebEx.

This position is a contract role with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and sustain cloud tenant environments and operations: Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS Manage and uphold communication and productivity services, including calling, chat/messaging, audio/video conferencing, and office productivity across both on-premises and cloud service components Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of services and systems Maintain up-to-date documentation of service management configurations, support processes, and knowledge bases Stay informed about industry trends, product roadmaps, and technological advancements to enhance services and systems Contribute to the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet the required capabilities Monitor and maintain cloud backup solutions

Skills & Qualifications:

Over 10 years of experience in the technology sector, with a minimum of 3 years in managing communication, productivity, cloud infrastructure, and cloud backup services In-depth technical knowledge of public and private cloud service models, modern communication and productivity services, and cloud automation technologies serving a global user base of 5000+ Proficient in cloud security principles and best practices Microsoft Certification in Azure, M365, Exchange Online, or Teams is preferred Comprehensive understanding of M365 security policies Detailed knowledge of Active Directory and Azure security Familiarity with the ITIL framework and its application in delivering exceptional IS and customer service Proven ability in technical writing and presentation skills Extensive experience as a technical lead on large-scale enterprise migration projects
