Position Overview

As a Delivery Operations Supervisor at Asia Global Trading Ltd., you will play a crucial role in overseeing our logistics team. Your leadership will ensure that our delivery processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team, including apprentices and delivery personnel.
  • Task Allocation: Assign specific duties to sales staff to optimize workflow.
  • Recruitment and Training: Facilitate the hiring process and provide training for new employees.
  • Financial Authorization: Approve payments and manage financial transactions.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee merchandise orders and returns, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for the team.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Inventory Organization: Maintain an orderly inventory system to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications
