About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Lead to join our team at the ALDO Group. As a Sales Lead, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Store Manager and District Manager to achieve sales goals and maintain a healthy store environment
  • Support the Store Manager in supervising salespeople and other employees to ensure efficient store operations
  • Communicate stock replenishment and implement store policies and procedures
  • Assist in training sales associates in product knowledge, visual representation, and sales techniques

Requirements:

  • 6 months of selling and team management experience in retail or service industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
