We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at JKN Transport Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials through our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Accurately receive, store, and dispatch inventory, ensuring that all goods are properly labeled and accounted for.
  • Pallet Building and Management: Construct and manage pallets to optimize storage and shipping efficiency.
  • Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products and materials using manual or mechanical equipment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling devices.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage or defects, and report any issues to management.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.
Work Environment

Our warehouse operates in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity. As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be expected to work effectively in a team setting, with a strong emphasis on communication and collaboration.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), bend, crouch, and kneel regularly.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team setting, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
