Drive Business Performance with Data-Driven Strategies

At Dentsu International, we're on a mission to deliver transformative business outcomes through data-driven strategies. As the Director of Media Effectiveness, you'll lead a cross-disciplinary team of data analysts and media effectiveness analysts to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients, investment, and audience leads to set strategy and develop measurement frameworks
  • Create a learning agenda, structure for reporting, and provide thought leadership
  • Deliver ongoing guidance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate across the Dentsu network to bring in automation and support clients in complex analytics projects
  • Manage the analytics business for a portfolio of clients
  • Act as the senior contact for analytics, adapting to business challenges with agility and direction
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analysis, Media, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role with a focus in media or digital
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey and package technical findings in simple terms
  • Understanding of all planning and buying, with a focus on standard media metrics in social, search, display, TV, connected TV, video, print, OOH/DOOH, etc.
  • Experience with Data Visualization software and dashboard building (e.g., Tableau)
  • Expertise in relational databases and a requisite programming language (e.g., SQL, R, or Python)
