Business Analyst - LIBOR Derivatives

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a Business Analyst - LIBOR Derivatives, you will play a critical role in the delivery of high-quality business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, management, and delivery of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documentation, including business cases, problem statements, and strategic alignment.
  • Work with technology partners to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into system requirements and design.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to requirements, and ensure that project issues and concerns are addressed.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, including work breakdown structures and risk management plans.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience working on LIBOR derivative projects or similar experience in the capital markets industry.
  • Strong business analysis background, with experience in deriving requirements, documenting, and gathering requirements.
  • Project management experience, with knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence, with experience in data analysis using Excel.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of interest rate derivatives within capital markets, with experience in end-to-end processes.
