Position Overview
As a Lead Business Strategist, you will formulate strategies, set priorities, and define business requirements that enhance revenue growth and competitive positioning. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and internal objectives to develop initiatives, deliver critical business analytics, and nurture early-stage concepts into viable growth opportunities while assessing their success metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish business initiatives and objectives through extensive industry knowledge and expertise
- Implement growth strategies that foster innovation while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Utilize data insights to facilitate cross-departmental initiatives and business transformation, addressing complex business challenges
- Design and execute intricate target state processes, procedures, and identify organizational gaps
- Engage with stakeholders and team members to address operational challenges, propose solutions, and prioritize key updates for progress
- Ensure accountability among team members and leaders in achieving business outcomes while providing necessary support
- Effectively communicate and present business strategies to diverse audiences using tailored communication techniques and expert knowledge

- May develop process and policy documentation to support any changes
