At OV Burger Bar, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Captain to join our team. As a Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for leading our wait staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of wait staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure that all tables are served in a timely manner
  • Manage cash and credit transactions
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Train new staff members
  • Assist with inventory management
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of point of sale systems
  • Serving It Right Certificate
