Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly stored and rotated.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building loyalty and driving repeat business.
  • Store Operations
    • Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, meeting company standards for appearance and safety.
    • Monitor and control store expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Work Environment

The Liquor Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
