Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our team at 14944836 Canada Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our print shop, ensuring that all production tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all printed products meet our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and materials as needed.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
