As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that all maintenance and repair work is completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure that all facilities are well-maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a maintenance or operations role.
- Proven track record of supervising and coordinating the work of maintenance staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
