We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Surrey, BC. As a Physiotherapist with Fraser Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify patient needs and goals.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to achieve optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interprofessional care team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Evaluate and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical practice guidelines.
- Provide education and consultation to patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Current full registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC.
- Knowledge of physiotherapy theory and practice within a patient-centered model of care.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interprofessional team.
- Basic knowledge of research process and methodology.
