We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Surrey Memorial Hospital. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes and promote optimal health and well-being.
- Collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and caregivers to empower them to manage their health and achieve their goals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in physiotherapy care.
- Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC.
- Strong knowledge of physiotherapy theory and practice, including standardized tests and measures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
- Basic knowledge of research principles and methodologies.
