Key ResponsibilitiesIn this pivotal role, you will:
- Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their business goals and challenges.
- Develop inbound marketing strategies and plans that leverage our team's strengths to achieve success.
- Oversee the execution of strategies from inception to completion for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Establish and monitor performance baselines to communicate results and demonstrate impactful ROI.
- Maintain precise status reports and provide updates to management.
- Implement project management best practices to ensure project success.
- Create and refine buyer personas and client profiles.
- Manage a dynamic content calendar that attracts qualified audiences through various content types (blogs, whitepapers, webinars, etc.).
- Generate leads by optimizing site traffic through effective calls-to-action and landing pages.
- Enhance marketing automation and lead nurturing processes across email and social channels.
- Conduct audits and analyses on various marketing tactics.
- Establish analytics frameworks to connect marketing activities with customer acquisition and continuously improve conversion processes.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and retention.

- 3-5+ years of experience in inbound marketing or agency settings, focusing on SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.
