We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Halifax Tower Hotel Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training
Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service standards.
Site InspectionsConduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Financial ManagementPrepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
Service CoordinationCoordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, including arranging for additional services such as painting, repair work, or equipment replacement as needed.
Work SchedulingEstablish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient use of resources.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
ExperiencePrevious experience in a similar role, with a willingness to train and develop skills.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
