Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Halifax Tower Hotel Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
- Recommend additional services required, such as painting or repair work.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing reports.
- Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
