We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Professional to join our team at Southwest Regional Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate and efficient banking services to customers, including processing transactions and answering inquiries.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with banking regulations and policies to ensure compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic security clearance and bondable.
- Bonus and permanent employment.
- 10 to 37 hours per week.
- English language of work.
