We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Professional to join our team at Southwest Regional Credit Union. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Transaction Processing: Process banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Financial Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data, maintaining the confidentiality and security of our members' information.
- Financial Product Promotion: Promote our financial products and services to our members, providing them with information and guidance to help them make informed decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
