- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges effectively.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand.
This role is set in a fast-paced retail business where attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
Qualifications- Education: No formal degree required.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
- Strong client focus and organizational skills.
- Reliability and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
This position requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
