About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Sharon Madayag. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients.
  • Companionship: Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing medication.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English or French.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
