Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media and Engagement Manager to join our growing marketing team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic social media presence, creating engaging content, and fostering a thriving online community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage Acel Power's dynamic social media content calendar across multiple platforms.
  • Craft compelling content using AI tools and native platforms, staying ahead of social media trends to optimize engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand and marketing strategies.
  • Develop an employee advocacy program to empower team members to build our brand through their social channels.
  • Work directly with senior executives to enhance their social media presence.
Community Management and Engagement
  • Engage with Acel Power's social media communities, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Create a positive and interactive online community by initiating conversations, addressing inquiries, and promoting social interactions.
  • Monitor online brand sentiment and address any concerns to maintain a positive reputation.
Social Media Analytics and Reporting
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate success.
  • Generate insightful reports and use data analytics to refine and optimize social media strategies.
  • Seek opportunities for strategic partnerships to enhance brand reach and impact.
Requirements
  • Experience in the marine industry, technical fields, or transportation is highly valued.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a creative flair for developing engaging social content.
  • Proficiency in Canva, HubSpot, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in social media, content development, and community engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player with enthusiasm for projects and openness to innovative ideas.
