Position Overview

The Grizzly Paw Pub & Brewing Company is seeking a dedicated Beverage Operations Supervisor to oversee our bar staff and ensure a high-quality experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bar Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness of the bar area and proper washing of glassware.
  • Equipment Care: Maintain and clean the draft beer system.
  • Wine Expertise: Provide guidance on wine selections to enhance customer experience.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee food and beverage servers and other team members.
  • Drink Recommendations: Offer suggestions on drink selections to patrons.
  • Staff Scheduling: Organize and manage staff schedules effectively.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for new staff members.
  • Payment Processing: Handle cash, credit/debit transactions for beverage sales.
  • Sales Recording: Accurately record and balance beverage sales.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain bar stock, ensuring proper inventory control.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce local liquor laws and regulations.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare a variety of mixed drinks, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
