Warehouse Operations Associate

Position: Warehouse Staff/Forklift Operator

Shift/Hours: Day Shift

Compensation: $21-23 per hour

Position Overview

As a Warehouse Operations Associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that products are received, accurately prepared, and securely packed for shipment. This role demands a proactive approach, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate within a team to meet strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Receiving inventory, assembling, and packing orders for distribution, utilizing both manual methods and pallet jacks.
  2. Conducting routine cleaning tasks to uphold a safe and organized workspace.
  3. Adhering to food safety and defense protocols.
  4. Engaging in ongoing improvement initiatives.
  5. Executing additional tasks as required.
Essential Qualifications
  1. Experience in a dynamic and physically demanding work environment.
  2. Valid Forklift Certification and proficiency in operating a Powered Pallet Jack.
  3. Familiarity with Order Selector equipment.
  4. Experience with RF Scanners.
  5. Meticulous attention to detail.
  6. Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  7. Demonstrated reliability and commitment to safety.
  8. Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to comprehend and follow written directives.
