About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Billing Operations Supervisor to join our team at THE YK CAREER EDUCATION SOCIETY. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transaction Management: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions, including preparation and submission of reports.
  • Team Leadership: Train workers in duties and policies, co-ordinate and assign work, and review performance to ensure high standards are met.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Communication: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments and ensure effective communication throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
