Pump Attendant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pump Attendant - Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail fuel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests of our Co-op.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full service at the fuel pumps, including dispensing fuel, washing windows, and checking oil
- Clean and maintain the car wash and perform minor car wash maintenance
- Conduct exterior and interior housekeeping, and assist with opening and closing procedures

You will have the opportunity to build relationships with customers, provide solutions to their needs, and work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.
Requirements:
- 16+ years of age
- Honest and trustworthy, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
- Previous retail experience in customer service, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work all shifts, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders, and kneel
Reporting Structure:
This role reports to Dillon Zolkavich, Store Manager.
