Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Full Time Pump Attendant to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a Pump Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a safe and efficient fueling experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full service at the fuel pumps, including dispensing fuel, washing windows, and checking oil.
- Operate the car wash and perform minor maintenance tasks.
- Conduct general housekeeping duties, including exterior and interior cleaning.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to ensure a smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards and company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Honesty and trustworthiness, with a results-oriented approach.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and kneel.
Reports to: Store Manager
