Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning: Develop and propose the annual sales and operational budget for the region. Once approved by senior management, ensure effective communication of the budget to branch levels.

Customer Engagement: Engage with key clients to discuss market dynamics, future business opportunities, address concerns, and enhance customer awareness while supporting the sales and marketing strategies within the client base.

Leadership: Deliver effective management through strong leadership and guidance to immediate subordinates. Ensure that staff receive necessary training by identifying future skill requirements for their roles.

Team Cohesion: Maintain a focus on company policies and objectives, fostering a collaborative team environment to promote positive employee relations.

Operational Excellence: Ensure operational efficiency through effective coordination of resources within the region, collaborating with Divisional and Corporate personnel.

Qualifications

A university degree combined with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in the industry, including at least five (5) years in a senior management role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Business Acumen: Possess strong analytical skills to interpret financial reports and develop suitable implementation strategies to achieve or surpass operational and fiscal objectives.

Organizational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional time management, organizational, and planning abilities.
