Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning: Develop and propose the annual sales and operational budget for the region. Once approved by senior management, ensure effective communication of the budget to branch levels.

QualificationsA university degree combined with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in the industry, including at least five (5) years in a senior management role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Business Acumen: Possess strong analytical skills to interpret financial reports and develop suitable implementation strategies to achieve or surpass operational and fiscal objectives.
Organizational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional time management, organizational, and planning abilities.
