Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Countertop Installation Specialist to join our team at Paragon Surfacing Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing interior prefabricated products, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair
    • Install interior prefabricated products, including countertops, sinks, and faucets.
    • Repair and service interior prefabricated products to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Pre-Installation Preparation
    • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
    • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure efficient and effective installation.
  • Materials and Supplies
    • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, ensuring clear understanding of installation requirements and timelines.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Other trades certificate or diploma.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience
    • Hand tools.
  • Security and Safety
    • Bondable.
    • Driving record check (abstract).
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Valid driver's licence.
