Candidate Profile:

  3. Develop and monitor KPIs for plant operations.
  4. Establish and enforce internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies.
  5. Analyze financial data to derive insights related to operational efficiency and asset utilization.
  6. Lead the preparation of the annual plant budget and quarterly forecasts.
  7. Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  8. Ensure accurate inventory valuations for financial reporting.
  9. Support physical inventory reporting and cycle count assessments.
  10. Prepare reconciliations for balance sheet accounts.
  11. Monitor CAPEX spending against budgets and forecasts, providing financial support for new projects.
  12. Evaluate lease versus purchase options for plant equipment and make cost-effective recommendations.
  13. Conduct detailed analyses of freight costs to identify mitigation strategies.
  14. Assist corporate accounting with various projects as needed.
  15. Promote and support goals related to Safety, Environment, Product Quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  16. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
  17. Identify and nurture high-potential employees.
  18. Perform other related duties as assigned.
