About the Role

Ferro Mechanical is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of business solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Confer with clients to identify their requirements and provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Project Management: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their satisfaction.
