Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate special events and banquets, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Order supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory management.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
