About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and excellence in our culinary offerings.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize our kitchen operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
Requirements
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to train and supervise staff to ensure consistency and excellence in our culinary offerings.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and customers.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
