Software Engineer II, Financial Reporting Specialist

At Carta, Inc., we're on a mission to empower more people to own equity in private companies. As a Full Stack Software Engineer on our Financial Reporting team, you'll play a critical role in building a platform that helps our clients manage their financial data with ease.
The OpportunityWe're seeking a talented software engineer to join our team and help us further enhance our Financial Reporting offering. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll work closely with our product managers, business analysts, and designers to design, develop, and deploy highly available, secure, and scalable financial platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop new features and intuitive user experiences for our Financial Reporting platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges and deliver customer value
- Architect and code highly available, secure, and scalable financial platforms
We're looking for a passionate and experienced software engineer who is proficient in our technology stack, including Python, Django, Scala, React, Typescript, Java, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC, and CSS3. You should have a strong understanding of both relational and non-relational databases and a proven track record of building full-stack production systems with a focus on backend development.
