We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative. This is a full-time permanent position based in Hamilton, ON, and requires the individual to be physically present in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients, including answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, and organizing marketing materials.
- Assist clients with policy modifications, cancellations, and updates, as well as provide advice on policies.
- Set appointments for clients with licensed team members.
- Utilize excellent phone skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office to perform daily administrative and sales tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
- Availability to work full-time in the office.
