Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Water Engineer to join our team at R.V. Anderson Associates Limited. As a Senior Water Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership on water treatment projects, including planning, design, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide project engineering and technical expertise on water treatment projects
  • Manage water and municipal projects, including scope, schedule, and budget
  • Participate in studies, assessments, and design of water treatment facilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff
  • Lead and participate in business development initiatives
  • Plan and execute high-quality projects on time and on budget
  • Mentor and coach project teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in water and wastewater engineering
  • P.Eng. or eligibility for registration in Ontario
  • Project management (PMP) designation is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
