About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Kulsoom & Salman Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and engage in discussions about merchandise, providing advice and recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Sales and Merchandise: Operate cash registers, manage inventory, and maintain sales records to ensure accurate inventory control.
  • Store Operations: Assist in displaying merchandise, maintaining store appearance, and adhering to company standards.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail sales experience.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a non-smoking policy.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
