Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Kulsoom & Salman Enterprises Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide advice on merchandise.
  • Sales: Operate cash register, process transactions, and maintain sales records for inventory control.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, report stock discrepancies, and assist in reordering stock as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, non-smoking workplace.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Adaptability, efficiency, hardworking, positive attitude, time management, flexibility, reliability, and team player.
Work Experience:

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment, with a permanent position and 35 to 40 hours per week.

Language of work: English.
