Mobilinx is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for executing the complete procurement cycle, ensuring total cost of ownership and required delivery dates are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the procurement of equipment and services, ensuring total cost of ownership and required delivery dates are met.
  • Execute the full procurement cycle, including review of EQR/P-REQs, generating bidders lists, and negotiating price/terms and conditions.
  • Process invoices and manage purchase orders post award.
  • Expedites suppliers, engineering, and QA to ensure all documents and issues are brought to a successful completion.
  • Assist in guiding and negotiating critical purchasing contracts as directed by Management.
  • Monitor communications, problem resolution, and contractual disputes.
  • Visit suppliers on a regular basis as outlined by the Leads.
  • Prepare and issue Conditional Releases.
  • Participate in the maintenance of systems which measure, track, and analyze supplier and material effectiveness, price, reliability, and delivery.
Requirements
  • University degree or a combination of education and experience that demonstrate the required skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in Procurement (Procurement/Sourcing) department in a highly flexible environment.
  • Extensive experience in prioritizing and organizing work activities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within set deadlines and timelines.
  • 2+ years of experience in management of critical supply chain for High-mix/Low-volume production.
  • Experience in change management and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of inventory, purchasing, and supplier management activity.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with ERP systems.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of cost control functions to perform cost control processes and make appropriate business decisions for multiple assigned projects.
  • Familiarity with designing process, inventory, project management, and arithmetic abilities to perform accurate calculations.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel spreadsheets, Outlook, database, and word processing software.
  • Proficient in the English language (Reading, writing, and speaking).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Construction background preferred.
