About This Role
As a Workforce Management Analyst at The Toronto-Dominion Bank, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness by providing comprehensive workforce management support. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing data, forecasting trends, and developing strategies to optimize our workforce.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate forecasts for key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize operational efficiency and productivity.
- Compile and present aggregated forecast information in clear and concise reports for executive-level stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, assess the impact of new initiatives, and provide data-driven recommendations for improving service levels and operational performance.
- Utilize statistical methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of workforce planning strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor KPI performance, track key metrics, and highlight emerging trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Assess the impact of various factors, such as hiring, attrition, queue consolidation, and other operational changes, on overall workforce capacity and service delivery.
- Continuously refine and enhance workforce planning tools and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure seamless communication and information sharing.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong understanding of forecasting models and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python or SQL.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks effectively, and prioritize workload based on business needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, planning, and analytics within a financial services environment.
