We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Hospital Smooth Rock Falls Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a hospital setting. This will include assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in patient education and health promotion activities to empower patients to take an active role in their care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of hospital policies and procedures related to patient care.
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
