We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Hospital Smooth Rock Falls Hospital.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our healthcare team, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist healthcare practitioners during examinations and treatments
- Monitor patients and advise physicians of any changes in their condition
- Document symptoms and changes in patients' conditions
- Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Conduct disease screening and deliver health education programs
- Dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
- Operate or monitor medical apparatus and equipment
- Provide consultative services and nursing care
- Perform administrative tasks
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to work under pressure and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements- College/CEGEP education in nursing
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
