Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Cashier to join our team at 0482597 B.C. Ltd. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and manage cash and credit card payments.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
