Job Summary

The Profit Centre Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving business growth and profitability at the Profit Centre. As a seasoned business professional, you will lead a high-performing team to achieve sales, gross profit, and profit-sharing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to increase sales and market share
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze financial reports and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Ensure operational excellence and efficiency across all aspects of the Profit Centre
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive business results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • College and/or University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a wholesale distribution or retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving profitability, and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the construction industry or related field
  • Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and building products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software
