Job Title: Child Care Live-In Caregiver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Child Care Live-In Caregiver to join our private household team. As a Child Care Live-In Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Shop for food and household supplies
  • Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens
  • Bathe, dress and feed infants and children
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
  • Organize, activities such as games and outings for children
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Supervise and care for children
  • Tend to emotional well-being of children
  • Help children with homework
  • Cook
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • or equivalent experience
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Vulnerable sector check
  • Basic security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in childcare
  • Knowledge of child development and education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
