Landscape Labourer Job Description

Maintain the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces as a Landscape Labourer with MBD Landscaping & Snow Removal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the construction and maintenance of landscapes, gardens, and lawns.
  • Tie and secure plants, trees, and other vegetation.
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to ensure a healthy and visually appealing environment.
  • Cut and maintain grass and other vegetation to desired heights.
  • Transport and spread topsoil, mulch, and other materials as needed.
  • Apply fertilizers and other treatments to promote plant growth and health.
  • Repair and maintain equipment used in landscaping and grounds maintenance.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to ensure optimal growth and health.
  • Operate and maintain various landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with varying weather conditions.
  • Perform physical tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Work in a team environment with a focus on client satisfaction and quality workmanship.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent client service.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
