Landscape Labourer Job Description

Maintain the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces as a Landscape Labourer with MBD Landscaping & Snow Removal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions, ensuring attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Tie and secure plants, ensuring they thrive in their new environment.
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain their health and appearance.
  • Cut grass to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials to enhance the landscape.
  • Apply fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to keep them thriving.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Client focus and strong communication skills.
  • Organized and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
