Senior Manager, Product Management, Secured Lending

As a Senior Manager, Product Management, Secured Lending, you will be responsible for delivering the growth strategy for the secured lending business, aligned with the Bank's vision and strategy. You will determine and manage key performance and risk indicators for Secured Lending products, including establishing departmental goals, projects, and operational initiatives aligned with key business objectives.

- Own overall P&L and drive analysis and action to meet financial targets and optimize product performance.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders across the Bank to deliver effective acquisition, engagement, and risk management plans that will profitably grow the secured lending business.
- Influence the end-to-end client value chain and cross-functional initiatives to continually improve usability and client satisfaction.
- Build a high-performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates the team.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with the Regulatory Compliance Framework, including the Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Terrorist Financing and Sanctions Policy, and all AML-related policies, procedures, and controls within the department.
- University degree in business administration, commerce, or strategy.
- 5-10 years of leadership experience, including building and leading a sales team and leading people managers.
- 10+ years of end-to-end mortgage experience across sales, renewals, underwriting, funding, and servicing, as well as across channels (direct and broker).
- Strong knowledge of mortgage processes, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape (products and policies).
- Prior experience developing business strategies and roadmaps.
- P&L management.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communicator/presenter who is able to be clear, succinct, and compelling in writing and verbally.
